Covid 19 preparation


  1. All students and teachers will wear masks
  2. All students will wear clean socks while exercising
  3. All sessions are maximum 50 minutes (with the time between to clean the studio)
  4. Students will NOT arrive early to the studio, to allow for airing out and cleaning
  5. Students will use the cleaning supplies available at the studio to clean their equipment after using
  6. If student or teacher is not feeling well they will move to an online format for the day
  7. Teachers will deep clean after every student
  8. The studio will be extra deep cleaned at the end of the day

Please bring your clean socks, your water bottle, wear your mask and sanitize your hands when entering the studio.

Print and fill out the release form and bring to the studio at your scheduled lesson time.
